Is there a subscription fee?+
No. Sponzo is free to use. The only cost is a flat 10% commission on completed deals — and it's shown upfront before every payment.
When do creators get paid?+
On delivery confirmation — or automatically 5 days after the brand's confirmation window opens. 90% net payout is released straight to the creator.
Can brands cancel after paying?+
Either party can raise a dispute. Escrow is frozen pending admin review — we protect the side acting in good faith.
Do I need a GST number to sign up?+
No. You can onboard as an individual creator or as a brand. Invoicing and tax compliance are surfaced when you hit payout thresholds.
What happens after Beta ends?+
Free tier remains forever. Pro & Pro+ plans unlock when you need more contacts, packages, or briefs. We'll email you before anything changes.
