How Sponzo works
A pipeline,
not a chat thread.
Every creator-brand deal moves through five identical states — from conversation to completion. Both sides always know where they stand and what happens next.
Conversation
anchored to a package
Booking
terms snapshotted
Advance
100% held in escrow
Deal
delivery tracked
Completion
payout released
01
Discover & initiate
BRAND
Brands browse Discover — filter by niche, platform, audience, language. Creator Media Kits show packages, pricing, and deliverables upfront.
CREATOR
Creators publish their Media Kit once and appear in Discover. They also browse open Briefs from brands and respond to matches.
02
Conversation + booking
BRAND
Anchor a conversation to a specific Package. Discuss scope. When ready, send a formal Booking Request — terms get snapshotted permanently.
CREATOR
Accept or decline in one tap. If accepted, you move to Booking. Price, deliverables, delivery days are locked-in from your Package.
03
Advance into escrow
BRAND
Review the payment breakdown: price, advance 100%, commission 10%, creator payout 90%. Pay once. We hold it until delivery.
CREATOR
Advance is confirmed — work begins. You know the money is already held. Delivery due date and auto-release date are visible to both sides.
04
Deliver & track
BRAND
Watch delivery status in real time. When the creator marks as Delivered, you have 5 days to confirm, dispute, or let it auto-release.
CREATOR
Upload 1–5 proof files, add a delivery note, submit. Deal moves to DELIVERED. Auto-release countdown starts.
05
Complete & review
BRAND
Confirm delivery → payout releases instantly. Leave a rating + review that shows on the creator's Media Kit for future brands.
CREATOR
90% net payout lands automatically. Reviews stack up on your Media Kit — your track record becomes your leverage.
Escrow guarantee
100% advance.
Held, not sent.
When a brand pays, money goes to Sponzo — not the creator. It's released only after delivery is confirmed. If the brand doesn't act in 5 days, it auto-releases to the creator. If work is off-brief, either party can raise a dispute — escrow is frozen until it's resolved.
